To create a PIN:
-Click here to set up a PIN
-Enter your name and CSU ID number, leaving the PIN field blank
-Click submit and you will be prompted to enter a PIN

A primary source for a nurse theorist is something that was authored by that theorist, such as a book, journal article, memoir, etc. It can also be an interview of that person.
