Welcome to the library's Generative AI Playground sessions!
Join us for a series of low-stakes, informal Generative AI Playground sessions hosted by the library! During the session, participants will have the chance to experiment with generative AI tools and prompt generation techniques, discuss with colleagues, and share relevant resources. No prior experience with AI is necessary – your friendly librarians will be on hand to provide guidance and support as you embark on your AI journey. The best way to learn is to practice and experiment, so join us to unleash your creativity, collaborate with colleagues, and discover the exciting possibilities of generative AI!
All sessions will be held in RT 502 in the library and in Zoom.
Dates:
May 30, 11:00am – AI Basics / Experiment with AI for productivity
June 18, 11:00am – Experiment with AI as a teacher
July 16, 11:00am – Experiment with AI as a student (see how your students might be using AI!)
August 8, 11:00am – Experiment with AI as a researcher
