The Michael Schwartz Library is big but there are many books that we do not own. Luckily, we are a member of an organization called OhioLINK; a network of mostly academic libraries in Ohio that share resources. This saves colleges and universities money and provides you access to many more resources than you get just through CSU.

You might start a search in SCHOLAR and find we don't have the books you need. You can click the OhioLINK button to automatically copy your search in OhioLINK.

Alternatively, you can search directly from the OhioLINK catalog. 

The interface looks very similar. To see details about an item, click oon the item.

It's free to request a book from OhioLINK from another school. Just click the green request button and select Cleveland state from the drop down menu of institutions.

Fill out the form with your credentials. That's it! Books take on average 3-5 business days to arrive. You will receive an email notification when they are ready to be checked out at the User Services desk. Students may check OhioLINK books out for 3 weeks at a time. They can be renewed up to 6 times, if they have not been requested by another OhioLINK member.
