constitution day is September 17

Every September, federal depository libraries across the nation celebrate Constitution Day, including ours. Stop by the first floor of the Michael Schwartz Library through September for a display of related items.

Can’t make it into the Library? There are many online resources you can explore, including the National Constitution Center’s Interactive Constitution.  One of our favorites is the site America's Founding Documents from the National Archives, where you'll find much to read, and where you may read a transcription in English or Spanish.  Then visit our Democracy 101 research guide to learn how to become an engaged citizen by learning about important issues and voting.
