Local History Resources

The Michael Schwartz Library's Special Collections Department on the 3rd floor contains materials regarding the history of Cleveland and Northeast Ohio. The collection includes clippings and photographs from the Cleveland Press newspaper, which ceased publication in 1982.

Cleveland Memory is a freely searchable online collection of digital photos, eBooks, oral histories, videos, and other local history resources, built by CSU's Michael Schwartz Library in collaboration with a host of community partners around Northeast Ohio.
