"We're Here For You...Wherever You Are"

You've been seeing those words on our web site ever since March 17th, 2020, when the University, including our building, closed because of the pandemic.  It looks like a tag line - a slogan.  But for us in the Library (or as we like to call it, your Library), it's a mission which has been and continues to be literally true.  Like you, the pandemic found some of us are working on campus, while others worked hybrid schedules or entirely remotely.  Our building reopened in August 2020 with limited hours and services, but we have never stopped being available to help students and faculty with their research and teaching - wherever you are, or wherever we are.  This statistic tells us we're reaching you: since March 17th, 2020, YOU have exchanged over 24,555 chat messages with your Librarians.
