Hybrid Learning Library Services: how are we doing?

Students and Faculty:  Like you, some of us are on campus, and others are working remotely or have hybrid schedules. Wherever YOU are, the library is working hard to continue to provide the level of services and support you've come to expect in some new ways, including chat, email, phone, and video reference consultation; contactless book pick up, and more.  Have you used these new services?  

As always, we look to our users - students and faculty - to tell us how we can better support you.  If you can spare a minute or two, your answers will help us do that. Tell us what's working, tell us what we could do better. 

We really want to hear from you, so at the end of this very quick survey, we're offering the option to enter a drawing for one of three gift cards for $25 or $50.  3 winners will be selected randomly during Finals Week, and each winner will be given the option of choosing a card from Amazon, Giant Eagle, Walmart, or Target.
