Welcome!
The resources collected here will help you complete class assignments and projects.
It is important to do your own research, as that is a path to learning. However, students should not spend all their time and energy looking for information. It is more important that you use your energy to READ, ANALYZE information and then CREATE your own work. So, if you feel you are "stuck", please call or email me for an appointment.
I am happy to help you.
Good Luck!

Encyclopedia of Social Work
The Encyclopedia of Social Work is a good place to start to look for a topic, or to get basic information on your topic.
You can access this resource by going to:
· The Reference section on the 1st floor of the Library. The call number for this newest edition (2008) is HV35.S6.
· There is another copy available of the latest edition (2008) and the older editions available for you to take out. They are shelved on the 2nd floor of the Library. The call number is HV35.S6.
· You can also read the Encyclopedia of Social Work online, using the ebook version. If you are using the ebook off-campus, you must authenticate with your name, CSU ID number and Library PIN in order to use the ebook.
This video will show you how I learned to spell encyclopedia.
